Hello All, Well I'm going to give this another shot, I tried doing this
yesterday and lost it while sending, so, here it goes.

Wednesday I received our packet for Festival of Trees, there are some things
I'll fill you in with later, but the most pressing issue is, we must have a
theme for our tree and a description that must be submitted by October 1st.
which is before our next meeting, the Festival issues around about 100 trees and
it's first come first serve. So since there needs to be a theme, just slinging
all of our handmade items on the tree won't work, I know this is going to be a
difficult job doing this online, but without calling a special meeting, we're
going to have to do the best we can, so what we need to is decide is what theme
ornaments we're going to make for our tree A.S.A.P.

Now, the Festival will be giving a pre lit tree of our choice from 2'to 7', I
think we should stick to the size we had plan on, 4' or smaller. We also need to
decide whether we want clear lights or colored, the majority will rule

What we need to provide for the tree is a skirt, attachments for our ornaments,
the ornaments need to be wired to the tree because of frequent movement, also an
extention cord to light the tree

The tree can be decorated prior, and then delivered to the Countryside mall
between the dates of 19th to the 21st of November.

So now that you have this information, please act on it right away, we have no
time to waist to submit our application for the October 1st dead line. I'll be
waiting to hear from everyone promptly!

Have a good day!

Hi Don, Maybe we should keep it simple and go for a unified color as our theme. Maybe white on a green tree, with red lights (or clear). So all the ornaments...
