Tarbuton Book Club - Focus on Cultures and Lives of Jewish Communities Around the World

This book club focuses on stories of Jews throughout the world and their cultures.

We will read about Jews in India, Syria, Spain, France, Italy, CA/US, Israel and more. We will select a non-fiction selection as well as a fiction selection that shares the richness of each culture and time.

The focus is on stories of strength, beauty, innovation and traditions - to celebrate the amazing people that make up Am Yisrael. This Book Club is meant to inspire; so we will avoid topics that often lead to controversy such as politics, war/terror, and religion.
