The Syracuse Street Forum is based in the St Johns neighborhood of Portland Oregon.

In preparation for the tough economic times on the horizon, and from a desire to build a community that we can be proud of, the Syracuse Street Forum is an open web based communications platform designed to facilitate the sharing of information, resources, volunteer effort and knowledge within our neighborhood. It is founded on the belief that everyone has something to contribute, and as a community, everyone has something to gain.

It starts here in St Johns, but community has no border, and anyone willing to learn and share is invited to join .
