SurfCity-HB is intended to be an unmoderated, city wide virtual town square where members can gather in cyberspace to communicate and exchange information and ideas at a time convenient to each individual.

All citizens who reside or are employed in the city of Huntington Beach are invited to participate.

Since this is a public place, you are expected to be socially tolerant.
