Just finish a remodel project and now you have a bunch of still useful (but not to you) items to get rid of? Have a garage overflowing with "junk"? Can't find a home for your old couch, but hate to send it off to live for all eternity in the landfill? Well have you come to the right place!!!! We are Summit County, Colorado's own Freecycle(TM) group.

Freecycle(TM) is a grassroots movement of people who are giving (& getting) stuff for free in their own towns. Each local group is run by a local volunteer moderator. Membership is free and absolutely everything posted must be free.

Whether it's a chair, a fax machine, piano, or an old door to be given away, it can be posted on the network. Or, maybe you're looking to acquire something yourself? Respond to the posting directly and you just might get it. After that it is up to the giver to set up a pickup time/place for passing on the treasure.

Posting Guidelines:
Everything exchanged must be free, legal and appropriate for all ages!
There's no trading, bartering, or exchange of money or services.
We recommend posting at least 2 OFFERS for each WANTED you post.
Subject Lines – (please ... no substitutions):
OFFER: old couch (include area where you live, i.e., Frisco)
TAKEN: old couch (posted by person offering)
WANTED: old couch
RECEIVED: old couch (only when you've received a wanted item)

Non-profit organizations, schools and businesses are welcome to offer free stuff too- or take free stuff- but NO ADVERTISTING!
