This e-group is composed of members of Class 1975 of the Silliman University High School in Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental, Philippines.

No different from any alumni grouping, members of SUHS Class 1975 are all over the world. Some have opted to continue staying in Dumaguete, while others have moved on to lead lives in Metro Manila and outside the Philippines. Over the years, those who have managed to keep land line & mobile phone numbers and home addresses still stay in touch with each other whenever they can.

Two years after the 25th year reunion in 2000, Moses Alcala of New Jersey, in close coordination with Yuzon Uymatiao of Dumaguete, and Exuperia Dagpin-Merecido of New York/Florida, set up this site. Hence, this e-group now serves as the other method for members of SUHS Class 1975 to get in touch with each other. Well, thanks to the world wide web it feels like high school days again.

The picture you are now looking at was taken when Jingjing Dagpin-Merecido and Grace Pal-Carpio of Texas blew into town a couple of years ago. Lyna Labata-Mendoza & Erma Ansaldo are Davao-based, Calvin Genotiva & Jenny Lind Aldecoa-Delorino are Metro Manilans, Agnes Lyn S Kempis is a Dulag, Leyte fixture while Ricardo Sandalo lives in Laguna. If you noted those in the picture look thin, it is because they were still about to have dinner.
