Hot Hot Chalcedony
===============================================
The family of crystals known as quartz, form the biggest mineral
group in the world, encompassing a wide spectrum of colors and
patterns. This mineral occurs in two basic forms: crystalline and
chalcedony. Crystalline quartz grows in a single crystal, while
chalcedony is formed by millions of microcrystals.
In antiquity, chalcedony was already known to represent the
elements of air and water. As such, it was employed for weather
magic and healing illness that were connected with the weather,
such as colds, sensitivity to changes in the weather or
circulatory problems. It has also universally been considered to
be the stone for orators.
Chalcedony was used as a sacred stone by the Native Americans,
who believed that it protected the stability and harmony of their
ceremonial rituals.
Given its rich and exciting history, it comes as no surprise that
chalcedony is currently a hot favorite with designers and jewelry
connoisseurs in the USA. A characteristic, which is adding
further allure to it is the wide variety of hues available.
Ranging from a multitude of greens, yellows, and blues, there is
also the Peru Chalcedony and a distinctive white color.
In addition to all the above, there is the supremely beautiful,
rare, dark, and brilliant multi-colored chalcedony, which has
been introduced for the first time. A treasury of delight for
both designers and collectors at

I still can't believe how this has changed my financial life! Several
weeks ago I saw a television show that provided a link to:
http://www.wrldofproducts.com I thought it was very interesting and
decided to check it out. I am very skeptical by nature so the first
thing I did was check out the company. I contacted the Better
Business Bureau and found that the company has had no complaints
lodged against them, I also contacted Paypal who guarantees the
purchases made by consumers with this company. They told me that they
verified the company's licenses, bank accounts and other paperwork
indicating to them that the company is legitimate and thus they
insure your purchases. Then I started asking co-workers and friends
about this program and to my surprise 6 out of the 10 people that I
spoke with were already using this program. They told me how pleased
they were with it and how much money they had saved and are currently
saving. So I decided to sign up for this program on 7/15/03. On
7/18/03 I received my complete membership package and the fun began.
Using their program and the free lifetime membership that it includes
I went to the supermarket ready to make a killing. The cashier rang
up my grocery bill and it came out to $ 239.87 then I presented her
with the coupons that I received from this program and I saved
$223.38 - my final bill was only $ 16.49! The cashier wasn't the only
one shocked. I want to thank that person so much for this amazing tip!

A Chip off the Gemstone Block
===============================================
Chips are small, tumbled pieces of gemstones, strung sideways.
These are ideal for designers who prefer the primitive, earthy,

slightly flattened drop-shaped gem, with a pointed apex and a

Tourmaline and the Colors of Life
===============================================
Tourmaline is an unsurpassable stone. It comes in a wide variety
of colors, all with a lovely fire. In fact, a single bead may
have layers and layers of colors - hues and shades of such subtle
intensity - that if you are receptive, it will cast a spell of
beauty, magic, and fantasy on you. If not multi-colored, a single
stone is at least dichroic (showing two colors).
The colors of tourmaline are as natural as life itself. This is
because color has an immediate impact on our emotions. Tourmaline
shows the greatest color range of any gemstone, almost any shade
is possible, right from jet-black to the colorless. Its multiple
shades embrace the entire universe in all its hues, and the many
subtleties of color make it an immensely enjoyable gemstone, both
for the creative designer and the avid connoisseur. The name
justifies its nature, which comes from an ancient Sri Lankan
word, turmali, which means "of various colors."
It is very versatile, and brings a positive influence to all
those who come in contact with it. This is due to its clarity,
because of which it does not hold or absorb negativity. Indeed it
is a sensitive stone for sensitive people; gentle, yet powerful.
A unique property of tourmaline is observed in relation to
electricity. Not only is it a good conductor, but also a good
generator of electricity, i.e. it has the capability to produce
electric charges when it is heated or cooled. It is a proven fact
that because of this tremendous electric nature, tourmaline
influences the nervous system, which needs vital electric energy
generated within the body to sustain its rhythms.
Tourmaline's nearly universal popularity is based on two very
important considerations: first, it is a bright and beautiful
gemstone that can be found in just about any color; and second,
it is affordable to all designers and collectors.
To make available to you the full variety of tourmaline, now are
introduced its various colors and shapes, both plain and faceted.
These include multi-colored strands of tourmaline balls; tumbles;
chips; a superfine faceted variety; buttons and tyres (flat
discs).
Single hues include faceted black tourmaline (affordable);
nuggets; and drops of the same color (rare). A fantastic
bottle-green hue; whisky-brown and dichroic green-brown tumbles
further enrich the selection.
Available at http://www.exoticindia.com/jewelry/tourmaline
Other gemstones to add further color and variety to your life are
White Chalcedony buttons; different shapes of faceted Carnelian;
Large and carved Green Chalcedony tumbles; Faceted and plain Aqua
Marine tumbles; Peru Chalcedony as a star,
and also as a beautiful faceted crystal; Rose quartz plain and
faceted buttons; coins of the same stone; the best-selling blue
chalcedony in the form of chewing gum; White King tumbles; a
royal, faceted Amethyst; Lapis Lazuli Tyres; Fire Opal (for the
first time); Super Clear Aqua Marine faceted buttons; Jasper King
tumbles; Sodalite Dholki (Drum); and finally Faceted Iolite
(large).
A unique addition this time are melon shaped citrine and
amethyst, complete with the groovy surface. Turquoise shaped as
large-sized drops (30 mm); an awesomely cut Chrysoprase; and
finally tubes of coral.

The Allure of Gold
===============================================
Through its natural association with the sun, gold has since the
beginning of time been associated with perfection and divinity.
It was the preferred metal of kings, and to this day retains its
kingly and royal status.
A constant paradox for designers of costume jewelry has been the
integration of gold into their designs, while at the same time
keeping the prices in the affordable range. A possible and
satisfactory solution is offered by gold-plated sterling silver
beads. Our attempt has been to collect all beads, findings and
clasps at one place, so that the complete requirement of a
necklace and/or bracelet can be fulfilled.
Gold-plated beads available at
http://www.exoticindia.com/jewelry/GoldBeads/
===============================================
Pendants
===============================================
The absolutely beautiful stage in a flower's development is the
full-blown blossom, a form which has been used for bodily
adornment since time immemorial. Presented this month are floral
pendants in full bloom, composed of citrine; garnet; peridot, and
amethyst. Each of these flowers is made up of seven petals.
In total fifty-seven fresh pendant designs have been introduced,
including cabochons; faceted; and a blend of the two. Nineteen
designs sold out in the intervening period.
Available at http://www.exoticindia.com/jewelry/Pendants/
===============================================
Necklaces
===============================================
A necklace is simply a large ring worn around the neck. Since
they are worn near the heart, they are particularly associated
with the emotion of love. Sixty-seven of these bonds of love
enrich the collection, eighteen of which are sold out.
Additions include chip necklaces with combinations of moonstone,
turquoise, amber, lapis lazuli, and gun metal, suitably
ornamented with sterling and meenakari beads. Also featured are
jhaalar necklaces carrying an extensive and complicated beading
of amethyst, peridot, carnelian, and garnet; a heavy,
four-stranded necklace composed of sterling and carnelian balls;
sterling chokers with inlay of shell and coral; garnet necklace
with far-sized faceted rose quartz drops; single-strand necklaces
of chalcedony, turquoise, coral, aventurine, and rose quartz.

===============================================
Bracelets
===============================================
Thirty-five new bracelets, complementing the above line of
jewelry (especially the necklaces) are the highlight of the
selection. Featured are bunch bracelets of peridot, moonstone,
amethyst, coral, carnelian, garnet, and tourmaline; a filigree
bracelet with Jaali work carrying the Tibetan mantra 'Om Mani
Padme Hum'; single-stranded bracelets of chalcedony, carnelian,
and crystal, garnet, and fluorite.
