Description
Saskatchewan's government wants to ban the pet Fancy Rat. This move comes on the heels of ignorance and prejudism, and deprives those of us who have come to know and love this small animal the right to keep Fancy Rats as pets, just as most people have cats, dogs, birds, fish, rabbits, etc., as pets.
