SICA is a forum to share ideas for reform and discuss situations that deal with the use of Restraints, Seclusion, Corporal Punishment and other forms of physical and verbal abuse to those with Disabilities.

We are SICA the way our children with disabilities are treated in public schools and other government sanctioned institutions. We need to end the abuse now! And only together, can we achieve this.
