You won't feel regret!!
My name is Lorenzo Crescini. I am a Captain of the merchant Navy now
on retirement.
When I was a secular missionary in an African leprosary, I wrote
some Flashes on the Holy Gospels which helped a lot of people by
giving them new trust and hope. You will find them in web site
www.lorenzocrescini.it/holygospels
E mail:
ricercapap@...
Here are the first three Flashes as an example
1. There is the historical proof the myth could not invent the
Cross . If the Cross roused a "social orror" by the heathens ,it
caused a shocking religious dismay by the Jews. It is not a case that
the first christians in order to avoid that the preaching might be
jeopardised.,represented the Cross by an anchor ,a plough, a mast, a
man praying with open arms. How can we think that this way of dying
was put in the myth by the christians themselves ?
2. Should somebody tell us of having seen a dead person on the
cross resuscitated, nobody would believe him. But if the same person
stating that could also make miracles, then we would believe him.
That happened to the Apostles who got the power of making miracles in
order to be believed. Without that power, Christianity couldn't have
been born.
3. Jesus says on the Cross: "My God ,My God ,why did You abandon
me ? Such words might even shock the reader. Why should they have
been written if they weren't true,then ?
hey
we are already getting psyched up for this dec. is it still happening

OMG !!!! Dec. 17th would work for me too. That is actually after my last final. It would be great if I could actually make it this year. As far as I know Dec. 17th also works around Marianne's concert schedule as well.
any date is fine for me so dec 17th would certainly
fit into my schedule. this will be my first
santarchy, i'm quite excited...

Who's doing the route/schedule? If we end up in

end of crawl party.

halloooo
so how come the Home page for this yahoo group lists Dec 10th as the
date but we're all saying Dec 17th in our giddy posts? Is it official
either way? ;) just trying to mark my calendar!
lisa
the site looks pretty official. i thought the date was put out for discussion first. but maybe the 10th is the date that works for the folks that do all the pre-work to organize the route and the bars.
unfortunately, i'm not sure we can make the 10th. jim has the kids and i skipped the Archway Chili party last year for Santarchy - dont think i can miss it again.
I'd bet the site just hasn't been updated. did y'all
by any chance go on the 10th last year?
after all this discussion, i'd bet it'll be changed to
the 17th as soon as lohr gets his butt online and sees
all the email discussions that have gone.
just my two cents...

i'm just sayin is all

From what I understand, several dates were discussed and I believe the final decision was that Dec 10 would be the official date of Santarchy. The website is correct.
Last year was Dec 11, so it is the same weekend as last year, the second Saturday in Dec.
That's all I know.....which isn't very much.

HO HO uH-Oh!
Santa Claus is coming to town!
S A N T A R C H Y S t L 12-10-2005
Get out your Santa Suit and get ready to get jolly.
December 10th, everyone is invited to dress up and
gather together to march through the city in
proclamation of... I guess the Holiday Season.
Come dressed as your own inner Santa Claus or
whatever way the Holiday inspires you: dress as a
reindeer, a Christmas tree, a sexy Mrs. Clause,
Hanukah Harry, or whatever you think of.
Dress naughty or nice, just dress up and join us.
We will rampage through Metro St. Louis from bar
to bar starting in the U-City Loop, with many
wonderful photo op stops in between. Santa's
Reindeer will still be out to pasture so bring
comfortable shoes. We will mostly be taking the
MetroLink and Bi-State bus to get around.
Don't forget to bring gifts for people.
NOTE:
This event is NOT intended to be a:
protest of Christmas
(unless you choose it to be).
celebration of Christmas
(unless you choose it to be).
political statement
(unless you choose it to be).
This event IS intended to be whatever
you choose it to be.

Can I get a time and place to meet? Trying to get
this on the Midwest Burners site so people can come
from out of town. Even though KC is doing theirs the
same day... There is still *some* interest from some
out of town burners.
I'm just sayin is all...

Well, I met my lifelongpartner here :). Thought I had a duty to post it on here
to share with those on here who were exactly like me, and are concerned about
ending up alone. For a very long time I had accepted that it was
inevitable, but well, great things do happen to good people :) Check it

There really should be. I run a couple of other lists
and have never had this problem. As the moderator on
those lists I have to approve everyone wanting to
become a member, so I have to find out ahead of time
whether or not it is an actual person rather than a
bot. hmmmm... Not sure what the settings are here.

I'll delete her account. StLouis_Santarchy is an open membership group which means anyone can join without haveing to be approved. I have moderator access which means I can delete a spammer after they post, but I cannot prevent them from joining, or spamming. All I can do is delete and ban the account which prevents her from doing it again.
