St. James (Park and Square) Historic District:(Location)
Between St. John St.James (North and South) and 1st and 3rd Street (East West).It is composed of St. James Park itself and nine Classical style structures that surround the Park known as St. James Square.
Adjacent Neighborhoods:
Located in District 3 anchored by St. James Park Square to the south, the Julian/Bassett neighborhood, aka The St. James Historic Neighborhood begins!
An RDA planned high density residential- commuters corridor you will find this neighborhood nestled between 4 other recognized high profile districts.

-Vendome to north west
-Japan Townto north east
-Downtown San Jose Historic District to the south of St. James Square.
-San Pedro Square and the future North San Pedro Square Neighborhood to it's west at Market Street
