St. Cloud OUT exists to serve the needs of the Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender and Allied (GLBTA) community in the tri-county St. Cloud, (Minnesota) area, and to provide solidarity and support to area GLBTA organizations by: a) fostering communication among the various groups, b) supporting established groups and new initiatives undertaken by the GLBT community and its allies, and c) representing the GLBT community to the general public.

The St. Cloud OUT newsgroup is designed to enable GLBTA persons in the greater St. Cloud area to keep informed about events, meetings and news pertinent to our community. Members are encouraged to post notices regarding meetings, events, volunteer opportunities and action alerts. However, we ask that members NOT use the newsgroup to post jokes, chain letters, personals, solicitations or endorsements of specific political candidates.
