This is a group of readers that enjoy reading Speculative Fiction of all varities. Each month there will be a different book to be read and discussion occurs the next month. The discussion will focus on the spiritual nature depicted and will primarily be from a "Christian" viewpoint. Even so, this group is not limited to only "Christian" members, and if a member isn't a Christian it is understandable that their part of the discussion will not be from the same worldview as others.

Simple rules for that are as follows:

1. If you are a Christian on here, you need to show the same respect to non-Christians that you would expect back. No telling them how they are going to Hell or need to repent or otherwise provoke them or challenge their faith, or lack thereof, unless they personally have started a discussion of that nature. Be the light and love we are called to be.

2. If you are a non-Christian, even Athiest, you are most welcome to discuss matters and even bring up discussions of faith that is challenging to the Christian or of other faiths. Just be upfront and honest about what your stance is whenever starting a discussion and do not blaspheme God at any time even if you do not believe in Him or the way others here do. Admin will determine what is considered blasphemy and what is considered merely the stance of someone so that knee-jerk reactions don't occur.

No matter what discussions take place, flaming is not allowed and will be treated quite seriously. Very low tolerance level for flaming here. No name calling. You've been warned.

Cursing in any form is prohibited unless quoting text written with citation as to where the text is exactly found. Any curse words used will result in one warning.

Although most books read will be of those considered "Christian" in nature, other more mainstream books will be chosen at different times too. The only mainstream books chosen will have to have been read by admin or those admin trusts.
