Hello Dawn,
Maybe you have some questions on the Metaphysical nature,
if I may assist.

OH good grief. Hope you guys are not trying too hard to expand your numbers. You won't do it by all this whiny crap going on within the board. Its really a very bad first impression. Not pleasant. You people really should address things that sound of a personal & very Ego driven nature off the board, in personal messages or something similiar. Not out here for all the world to see. Unless of course you intend to remain a small secular group. Leaving now...no need for adding this sort of vitrolicism to my experiences.

As I was doing a common form of meditational practice many people don't realize can be that (defrosting the deep freeze in the garage, and cleaning some mildew off various stuff), I was thinking about attitudes and personalities in this thread, and meditation practices.
I have a new question for everyone really, but especially Geo.
If you're too impatient to focus on serious sets of functional societal issues long enough to have even a basic understanding or discussion of them, how do you manage to adequately ground and quiet mental chaos long enough and deeply enough to seriously meditate?
Terry
