This group is for people interested in adopting International special needs children specifically from EE but we also help kids from many other countries too. Situations of children needing homes will be posted here first. These children are all reduced fees. I am not an agency but a SAHM of 6 children 3 are special needs children, two from Russia. My heart was touched by the children that were left behind! This will also be a support group for people who have or are currently adopting a special needs international child.
