Still haven't heard from anyone who can rescue those of us in north Lambeth/Southwark but below are details of someone who might help you out if you are in East Dulwich, even on a Saturday and possibly in the evenings.
If you know of anyone else around the borough who does out of hours repairs (and has their own spares), do post the details to the e-group.

Thanks for your enquiry about my mobile cycle service.
I try and keep my day-to-day work in and around East Dulwich, since travelling further makes it less cost/time- effective. I do Dr Bikes all over the place, but these tend to be longer events and therefore financially worthwhile.
As far as my work patterns go, I work most days (avoiding Sundays), often early evening (try to avoid disrupting my family tho’) and have the basics (cables/pads/tubes, etc), but not a great deal more – something more particular is usually sourced from Balfe’s Bikes here in E Dulwich.
