That was a great river to Kayak.. We did it last year...Quite-slow but beautiful...A class 1......The grasses and fish are amazing. Some gravel at spots  which dragged the bottom but all in all it was a great ride.Always something new around the bend.....Love it!!!!! Yes, we have done some rivers, but have not promoted them as SSAK paddles. More river estuary type paddles....Skokomish, Nisqually, Doswallips, Dukabush,Skagit.
