We are a home school group for families in Phoenix, Laveen and the South Mountain area. We invite families from all religions and backgrounds and teaching styles to join. We have field trips, educational group events, a monthly book club, and science and art classes. For the Fall of 2012 we will have a MAP DRAWING ART CLASS, PHYSICAL SCIENCE CLASS and an ECONOMY CLASS. We have a park day once a week at Cesar Chavez Park Playground on Baseline Rd. & S. 35th Avenue starting in September. Please email chipies85233@yahoo.com for day and time.

This group hopes to support families and to help home school families connect and share information about home schooling and educational opportunities in the valley. As an inclusive secular group, we value and respect the diverse educational philosophies, religious beliefs, and political views of our members. We encourage active participation.
