We are amateur winemakers living in southern New Jersey and surrounding areas. Our group includes novices as well as seasoned veterans, those who are carrying on a long-standing family winemaking tradition handed down from generation-to-generation, and those who are brand new to this hobby/obsession. We make wine from grapes, fresh fruits, honey, juices, juice concentrates, or anything else that's fermentable and can't get out of the way of our yeast fast enough.
