The Southend Freecycle™ group is open to all who want to "recycle" that special something rather than throw it away.

One main rule: everything posted must be free. This group is part of The Freecycle Network, a nonprofit organization and a movement of people interested in keeping good stuff out of landfills. For chatter and anything that isn't a standard Freecycle post, why not also join Southend Cafe. The right place to advertise events, or ask to borrow a van to collect that bad that was just offered.

There is also Freecycle groups in Westcliff, Wickford and all over Essex one may be more local to you. It's fine to belong to more than one, just be aware of the distance people may have to travel to pick things up ( yourself included).
