Soul Food is a Catholic charismatic prayer group of friendly young adults that meets every Thursday night at 7pm in St Charles Borromeo Church, Ogle Street, London, W1W 6HS.

An evening at Soul Food typically starts with praise and worship, followed by a Bible teaching or talk on a particular theme. Each evening ends with a time of response such as prayer ministry, small group discussion/faith sharing or an opportunity for prayer or adoration.

In order to grow together in our faith and friendship, we also make time for a drink together after our Thursday evenings of prayer as well as organising various other social gatherings.
