Considering he was only 20 years old and partying with the girl. He obviously is well aware of what will happen to hin if he's found guilty. Predatory? I dunno but definitely an asshole for video taping it and handing it out to people. Perhaps he should get a DUMBASS AWARD! Young and Dumb!
