I knew that cartoon network would do this. That is, I figured that
cartoon network would use sailor moon as a pawn to draw an audiance
then use it to launch the hampster series. I did not think they
would do away with her this quick. So, I am asking is anyone else
surprised at what Cartoon Network did? I am sure that you all know
channels tend to sellout to mainstream audiances watering down the
contents to get a bigger audiance. To the big channels it is all
about the bottom line: they just go for the doller in the short term
instead of keeping the masses they have. This stratagy is stupid for
reasons I disscused in an earlier reply. In short, we should have
seen it comming, knowing that big networks only look for the short
term doller. Heck, I figured it would last till the fall, then I
could find the anime club at my university branch of Indiana
University and tell them to support the Sailor Moon series. I mean
let them know about the series being back , as for the fact that they
disbanded for the summer here .
