For financial reason you have opted to run a personal growth group as the lone
trainer when in fact you actually prefer having a co-leader. Describe some ways
you can bring related support for yourself which expands the feeling of
connectedness for your leadership role. In sociometry terms this calls on
expanding the role description and moves into the progressive role category
(role analysis).


Trainer level question:

Your students have recently become certified as a trainer. Describe ways that
you have handled, or imagined handling, the transition from student, sometimes
assistant trainer, to the fullness of trainer colleague. Please share any "rites
of passage" that have become part of your trainer repertoire. It is also helpful
to identify any surprises that occurred in your relationship.
