Society Youth Forum is open to SCA Kingdom and Principality Children and Youth Officers, their Deputies, and Local and Regional Children and Youth Officers, their Deputies and "Supervisors of Youth Activities". It is also open to former Youth Officers and anyone who wants to support SCA activities for children, youth and teens. This list is administered by the Special Deputy for Family and Youth Programs (a Society Deputy to the President of the SCA.)

The purpose of this list is to encourage strong inter-Kingdom communications and feedback from every corner of the Known World concerning current issues and collaborative efforts and projects. Discussions will center around Society policies regarding children, youth and teens and related subjects, plus inter-Kingdom collaborative efforts and projects.
