The crash of "Bloodhound-124" NAS Point Mugu Air Show, April 20, 2002. The QF-4S Phantom II known as "Bloodhound-124" suffered a single engine flame-out and crashed, killing her crew. Brian Lockett captured these images of the striken aircraft as the crew fought to regain control.
