I did Rattlesnake Peak this Sunday with my achilles tendon getting better each week. I took the East Ridge route which is what Rattlesnake is all about, steep
I had pain in the heel of my right foot. I finaly,l went to the MD and the Xray showed that I stretched my Achilles tendon and the connective tissue to my heel
I have had it take four weeks or so to heal. If you start getting unusual swelling and or discoloration ( also if the pain worsens) then you need to go see
