Announcement List for Group Members

The SCHSG meets on the 3rd Saturday of each month
at 2:00 p.m. for approximately 2 hours
at the Pacific Asia Museum in Pasadena.

On August 24, 2008 the Southern California Haiku Study Group and the Pacific Asia Museum co-sponsored the Reading and Book Signing for the SCHSG 2008 anthology "above the tree line."

Eighteen of the thirty poets featured in the anthology were present to read their haiku, to the beautiful strains of Rick Wilson playing modern and historical asian flutes accompanied by Kathabela Wilson on a variety of percussion instruments.

The photo is of G. Murray Thomas reading to almost 40 attendees of the anthology release event, and some of them also appear in the photo.
