I prayed to a Gathering of Angels
To shower me with Care
I told my overwhelming story
Of such worry and despair
I prayed for help to find my way
To help me see the light
And, suddenly the Angels
Were there to hear my plight
I prayed to a Gathering of Angels
Who showered me with Hope
They showed me I was not alone
And helped me learn to cope
My burden seemed to lighten
As I felt their wings brush past
The load so lightly lifted
In a way I know will last

From the Heavens up above
