This list was set up so that homeschoolers in southern Indiana, (particularly, but not limited to, those in Crawford, Harrison, Washington, and surrounding counties) may communicate regarding field trips, support, social gatherings, information, etc. of interest to fellow homeschoolers.

Southern Indiana Home Educators is for those homeschoolers interested in an inclusive support group, taking no official stance in favor of any particular religious, political, or philosophical belief other than the belief that parents/guardians have the right and responsibility to make ultimate decisions regarding their child's education.
