I may be wrong, but there is no guarantee of a 'cost of linving ' increase or adjustment. If I remember correctly, there has been 2 col's. thats all I know. ...
I only retired in 1989 so I've only had one increase since then. And I can't legally expect more because it wasn't written into our employment contracts. ...
