This group is inspired by the Chicago SnB group. It's an attempt to recreate reconnect to traditions of 'sisterhood' ( of course, 'brotherhood') by offering a supportive place to stitch, create, and share fiber passions.
The Melbourne based groups meet once a month at various Cafes Bars to share projects, skills, knit/stitch and philosophize about whatever comes up. From it's 'one meet' humble beginnings there are now knitfests all over Melbourne
