SEED
is currently searching for a Performance and Evaluation Manager. This
person should be a lover of school data, who is precise and focused with data
management, and able to maintain a collaborative and coaching approach with
practitioners. The Manager will evaluate information and performance data
from SEED schools and departments in order to support improvements in practice,
to monitor trends, and to provide information for a variety of constituents.
Additionally, the Manager will coordinate a small number of internal research
projects and surveys. This person will play an important role in refining
the SEED program, supporting existing schools and setting up future SEED

We
are looking for strong candidates who have experience working in schools and
who are highly skilled with school data analysis and presentation. The
Performance and Evaluation Manager will work closely with both SEED
schools. Thus, we are seeking candidates who have helped to develop
sustainable data collection processes so that our school staff can improve
their own data collection and analysis processes. SEED has a relatively
small team, so we need someone who is self-managing, independent, and capable
of identifying priorities.
