In or around 1991, a convoy of military transport vehicles, manned by a group
of marines, transported close to 100,000 units of SOMETHING...in
CRATES...headed for a supposedely "closed" military base in Montana. This was
a SECRET mission. As part of the crew was the son of a family friend of, one
of my oldest Seattle friends (also a client). When they reached their
drop-off point the drivers were BLINDFOLDED and taken to a holding facility.

This young man was a little disturbed by the whole charade (oh those
impetuous youth) and, determined to get a close look, asked the
Seargent-at-arms if he could relieve himself. After being escorted to the
head, the seargent waited out of sight of the door. This man then took a peek
out a nearby window to see what the big deal was. What he saw shocked him! He
came back and afterward related this to his mother. This is how I first came
into this information.

What this young man saw was a crate being emptied of it's contents...and
those contents...a FULL SIZED GUILLOTINE, Woody! This was no oversizzed
cheese slicer!

But the sordid story gets DEEPER. This is a CONSPIRACY, because it has been
ORCHESTRATED to look like a natural "evolution" of capital punishment from
gas, lethal injection and electrocution TO the USE OF GUILLOTINES...but it is
NOT. We are being set up!

The saga continues thus.

Upon my move back from Washington State in June of 1994, I began to discuss
this EVENT with several friends. Among these is a friend who shall remain
(for obvious reasons) anonymous. This constitutionally-biased (HORRAY)
individual had a certain military source in the Southern California area who
was opposed to what he saw as an encroachment on our constitutional rights.
This brave man saw fit to release classified information to CITIZENS to keep
them informed about, among other things, many of the NEW WORLD ORDER policies
being implemented within the military. As his commisions placed him in an
intelligence capacity he was privvy to some rather SENSITIVE information.

During a report to his civilian friends he named over 20 so-called
"closed-down" bases that were actually being retrofitted to hold (POLITICAL?)
prisoners! And without any public announcement of this. He felt that it was
important to warn those he was in contact with of these facts. In his
communique he also mentioned a RUMOR of Guillotines being shipped to military
bases, but said himself that it seemed so incredulous that he figured it
might have only been a baseless rumor.

As my friend and I had a conversation one evening he mentioned this
information. Well, you can imagine my reaction...one of consteration! Now
there was a SECOND verification of this event. But the story does NOT stop
here Woody!..............

Georgia lawmaker Doug Teper (Democrat) has proposed a bill to replace the
state's electric chair with the guillotine. Teper's reasoning? It would allow
for death-row inmates as organ donors, he says, since the "Blade makes a
clean cut and leaves vital organs intact."

In 1995, a move to replace the electric chair with lethal injection
(poisoning) failed in Georgia's assembly because legislators feared that
prisoners could argue for a new sentencing hearing if the state changed the
law.

The Truth
I hope that intelligent people everywhere, who read this paper, will
recognize the very real intent behind the manufacture and distribution of
such devices. It is high time we wake up and smell the roses...we are "NOT in
Kansas any more," and there are real nasty people out there. And although
just clicking our heels together is not going to bring us safely home, the
future should be not viewed through some religiously tinted glasses either.

AS much as TRUE "prophecy" needs to be heeded, and accepted as a report of
future events as shown to certain individuals for God's own purposes, we must
not become fatalists, for the philosophy of "destiny" resides as a tenet in
the philosophical domain of our darkest enemies—people who see themselves as
"destined" to rule over us. Prophecy is not the "seeing" of future events
alone, nor are the events seen, inevitable. The future is the very real
product of our combined actions, and inaction. We are the manufacturers of
our own destinies, and not merely helpless pawns tossed about by some series
of events that must occur because, just God says so.

The Facts
Many people were moved over a paper I sent out over a period of several
years, concerning the stockpiling of guillotines by (factions of) the US
military. For many years I released further speculative ideas and reports of
"sightings" of guillotines as new information reached me. Currently I don't
really have the time to delve deeply into new information and intelligent
speculation any more, as I am trying to prepare financially and spiritually
for what I consider to be the inevitable plague of global fascism often
referred to by it's proponents as the New World Order; the self same plague
that will see the use of these devices of terror and cruelty that I have been
reporting on.

The papers I sent were inspired by several intel reports from very reliable
witnesses here in the US. All the informants are/were involved in the US
Military, and most are/were intelligence operatives. Each person I was
contacted by referenced their own personal eyewitness accounts and/or
experiences with the appearance in America, and the subsequent dispersal, of
a huge shipment of Guillotines...and I don't mean paper-cutters!

I see you are interested in what these particular guillotines "look like."
Personally, I don't want to get that close to these babies...as I think that
those who do are will either dropping the blades, or participating from a
less desirable vantage point.

By all indications these guillotines were shipped from China (probably
manufactured there as well). They arrived sometime in the spring of 1994, and
were shipped to a supposedly abandoned military compound (reference the Bush
base "closure" news and actions of 1990-1992) in central Montana.

The Guillotines
A reliable eyewitness account placed the number shipped at approximately
100,000 units, or so. Someone was deadly serious about keeping this a secret.
Except for black-suited NWO troops on the compound, and we assume a few
highly placed officers in the original convoy, none of the army regulars who
participated in the movement and guarding of these devices, had any knowledge
of the content of said shipment.

In brief, several other reports came to my attention over a period of the
next 3 years. 3 military intelligence officers (2 in Naval
intelligence...another indicator that this was authentic), reported seeing
these guillotines make their way to various military bases across the country.

As to the WHY Guillotines question you asked...this bothered me too. I think
I know why this decision was made by NWO cronies. There are actually several
reasons that come to mind:

1. For the same reason the nazis and French used them: the guillotine
inspires terror. The very idea of losing your head seems to frighten people
more than bullets and other forms of military execution.
2. Expediency, efficiency, and cost, virtues highly prized by the military
mindset.
3. And the real clincher, the need for harvesting body parts.

The Rhetoric
Traveling back from a convention in San Francisco in mid-January, 1996, I
picked up a report about an East-coast Senator on a late-night ABC news radio
program. The Senator was advocating the use of guillotines for criminal
executions. Although shocking, his reasons sounded logical. He stressed the
cruelty of other forms of execution (specifically citing other forms, e.g.,
the electric chair, as inhumane) and went on to mention the harvesting of
body parts. Apparently, when you cut off a person's head, the organs remain
in intact and healthy, while other forms of execution damage them.

Since I heard that ABC report, there have been laws proposed in the states of
Florida and Georgia to offer the guillotine as an option for prisoners to
elect for their execution. Also, there has been a lot of talk in the media in
the last few years of body part transplantation, body stump cloning for the
harvesting of body parts, and other related reports which I do not feel is
coincidental. I believe we are being moved towards a social consciousness
where prisoners and other undesirables may well be expected to yield up their
body parts for "the greater good." Since the idea of forcing sacrifice is a
principle of socialism, and personal rights are subservient to the needs of
the many, we can imagine a future war where prisoners (including, or
especially, political prisoners) will be sacrificed so that those deemed more
worthy may have their injuries repaired, and even their lives extended... a
reward for their loyalty to the cause.
The Guillotine, invented by the French Dr. Guillotine, was mainly used in the
18th and 19th century and chops off a person's head. It hasn't been used for
decades in any country on this planet.
