The Slate Belt PA Free Recycling Group is open to anyone that wants to recycle their unwanted items instead of throwing them away. Whether it's a couch, television, bricks, clothes, computer, or other item, feel free to post it. Perhaps you need something yourself, feel free to post a request. Our number one rule is that everything you post must be free.

No buying/selling/trading/bartering allowed.

When it comes to Recycling it seems that most sites and groups only cater to the Easton, Poconos, and Allentown areas. For a lot of us in the Slate Belt area that can mean a 30-45 minute drive. The time for a Slate Belt specific recycling group has been long overdue. If you live in the Slate Belt area and have been searching for a local group, your search is finally over!

No posts for firearms, adult materials, alchohol, drugs or generally prohibited items are allowed.

This group is intended to cater primarily to the Slate Belt area of Pennsylvania. Such areas include, but are not limited to, Wind Gap, Pen Argyl, Bangor, East Bangor, Mt Bethel, Upper Mt Bethel, Roseto, Portland, Delaware Water Gap.

When posting please be sure to include your location in the title so that others know where you are located.
