The Foundation was founded in memory of Sri S. K. Dubey, who blew the whistle against corruption, and was in turn murdered for informing the highest office in India, the Office of the Prime Minister.

The foundation's vision is to fight against all kinds of corruption in India. To start with, the foundation has taken initiative to protect present whistleblowers, who are the fore-front fighters against corruption. In the long run, the Foundation visions to get involved with the fight against various other forms of corruption.
