An ongoing Knitalong in which members knit up to six different socks over a twelve month period. The patterns are written and contributed by members and are not available anywhere else.
This is not a general sock-knitting group. Messages should be related in some way to the current sock project. The socks we knit are intermediate to advanced projects and you should have some sock-knitting experience.
The rules are simple:

1. Please try to stay on topic. The list runs more smoothly if all posts focus on the current sock project.
2. If you have a question, ask it! If you know an answer, post it!
3. Absolutely no flaming or you will be unsubbed immediately and without warning.
4. If you want to read messages on line please use the special notices setting. No email is not an allowed option.
5. Please remember that we have over 3,000 members on this list who all want the pattern as soon as it is posted. If you have problems getting the file please keep on trying at intervals. If you can't get it after the first 24 hours them please let us know and we will try to help. We have found that most problems clear up by that time.
6. This entire list is moderated to help keep it on topic and flame free. At times messages will take a while to post. Please give it time.
7. No commercial, religious, or political comments are permitted (this includes content in signature lines).
