This is a group for Sherlock Holmes fans who do not write, but might have some good ideas about various characters, British life in a village today, policework and set up in villages today, British history, Scotland yard information, London information, and mystery books in general. I am writing a mystery book series in England today. It takes place in a village near the England's north border, near Longtown, called Baker Street, so named in 'modern' days in honor of the great Sherlock Holmes by Holmes' dear cousin, Ollie Parr. Any knowledge of England, Scotland, Ireland, and Wales is helpful and will be an asset for us.

Augustine Holmes is a Private Investigator there, and she is sister to the local Lord Holmes, who does much of nothing when he's home, but loves to read many newspapers a week and loves his car - He walks his hounds, does not hunt,is against fox hunting.

Members who join this group are a support group to me and may indulge in our various contests for Names of Books, Characters, Description of Characters...Plot ideas, Etc. Any email you send in becomes property of the Author, me, and from the beginning, please understand that the moderator, myself, the author of this series of books, owns all the characters I have and am creating, regardless of your input by email or otherwise.

I've taken a great deal of time working on Augustine Holmes, the imaginary village of Baker Street, people who live and work in the village. When my book is published this group, and all of you who contribute WILL BE acknowledged in the page for "Acknowledgements." You will not receive any money for your contribution, ideas, etc. - sorry, that would just be too complicated, and I've worked hard on these books of mine for YEARS.
