Folks, let it be known too that in the cut-throat, English-as-mother-tongue,
excellence-is-currency world of advertising, some Siquijodnons have managed to
carve out a respectable niche within its exacting strictures as well.

Pleased to inform one and all that I am a proud torchbearer of Cabulihan Elem.
School, Batch 1982, the first ever Pilot Testing School on the island. I had my
first 2 years of highschool at Larena National Vocational College, now SSC then
moved to Manila in the summer of 1984...had bachelors degree in Mass
Communication, and currently finishing MA in English Studies: Creative Writing
at the country's premiere academic institutions.

At present, I work for a Manila-based ad agency as a...well, uhm, wait, are
you guys sure you're not from the Bureau of Internal Revenue? :)
