This group is for those who like to quilt, sew, and the like. And for those who like to live the homesteading life i.e. the goats, cows, chickens, guineas, horses, gardening, etc... Also for those who like to provide their family with the best food and life possible. This group is also for support in what you'd like to accomplish in your homesteading ideals.

All are welcome! Particularly those who live in Kansas, but that's not required.

There is a montly "Swap Day" on the 15th of every month for you to swap items with other list members. A reminder is sent the day before and the day of Swap Day with instructions on how to swap. List what you have to swap and what you are looking to swap for. Please be fair!

I would also like to request that you do not set your mail delivery options to "no-mail", rather set it to "special notices". All new members are moderated until a legitimate post is made. It is also nice if you send in an "introduction" to the group as soon as you join so that we all may get to know you better.

Please do not discuss politics or religion or other highly debatable subjects. There are more suitable lists out there for these kinds of discussions. Thank you for understanding!
