Through a simple Yahoo! Groups e-mail list, any member of the community can post a note about an item they'd like to give away, or an item they are seeking. The only rules are: Every item posted must be free, nothing illegal, and items must be appropriate for all ages.

Our goal is to make it easy for everyone in the area to recycle perfectly good items rather than throw them away. In the process, we'll reduce waste, save precious resources, and ease the burden on our landfills.
