This is an email group / message board / discussion list for people in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, and surrounding areas to discuss mental health issues and services.

It is for people who use mental health services, or those who refuse mental health services, or those who have been through services and survived in Sheffield.

You may want to praise or recommend services, or criticise them and find out how to make complaints, you may want to discuss mental health issues in general or look for support. You may also want to meet others in this area who are going through similar things to you. This group is here for all of these things, and more.

Through this group we can also discuss and run campaigns on relevant issues, share information on mental health issues and services, and share our own individual and valuable information and knowledge.
