This group serves two purposes.

1. It's designed for people who enjoy Shazzie's websites (shazzie.com, and detoxyourworld.com), books, and videos. I loved Shazzie's 7 day detox (and the rest of the book too).

2. But you don't have to have any of Shazzie's materials to join.

One of the (many) great things Shazzie does in her book is to provide a complete shopping list, along with all the recipes for a week.

As a group we can develop customized shopping lists and raw menus:
- for people who don't have access to a juicer during lunch.
- for people who haven't a clue where to buy a kumquat (used in one of the early recipes on Shazzie's 7-day detox)


We might be able to give or get feedback to from Shazzie, herself, via this listserv. Not sure of her level of participation, but I did ask her permission, and she said it was okay, and to let her know when I started this group.
