WELCOME to Shame Breakers discussion group. Does keeping nudity segregated into private clubs, secluded beaches and home behind closed drapes and high fences send people the message that it really is something shameful or indecent that should be hidden away? YES! The purpose of this group is to discuss how WE can be more open about nudity, how to be effective in leading the charge for body acceptance in a society where religion and many people generally view nudity as indecent, to support parents who desire to raise their c....ren to not be ashamed of their bodies, and to encourage those who are working to free themselves from body shame by becoming more comfortable with nudity. Whatever you may be doing (or what ideas you may have) to promote body respect we invite you to share it here, hopefully encouraging other members to become more open and active as well.

We encourage a free flow of ideas and discussion, but posts that are off topic (even really good ones!), insulting, hateful, intolerant, spam, or that could be construed as objectionable will not be approved. This list is not about segregated n.ude recreation clubs and beaches it is about making nudity acceptable anywhere! Nor is this a place to post n.ude photos there are already plenty of groups/boards to fill those needs.
