Presidio Knolls School (http://www.presidioknolls.org/) has a few spots that just opened in the older classroom for Jan 2009 enrollment because a few parents took other jobs and moved out of state.  For Jan 2009, I think there are 2 slots for the 2 day - Tuesday/Thursday (if accepted and if you want more days, you can add when other days open).  FYI, they are holding these spots for applicants who already speak some Mandarin so your daughter may be a good candidate.  If the timing does not work they are also taking applications for Fall 2009 now and interviews and tours are wrapping up so please feel free to contact them or send in an application which can be found online.

Presidio Knolls is a non-profit Mandarin-immersion, Reggio Emilia
inspired school in San Francisco. It is a year around program that runs from 9AM-4PM daily but can provide beforeschool and afterschool care from 7:30AM to 6PM.
