SFCM - Housing supports the housing needs of incoming students to the San Francisco Conservatory of Music. SFCM students seeking assistance with housing concerns in the Bay Area should subscribe to this group.

On this bulletin board, you will find valuable information to help with your search for housing within the Bay Area. This group is intended to provide useful information and to facilitate discussion regarding housing for incoming SFCM students.

SFCM posts rental opportunities provided to the school by landlords and student referrals and assumes no responsibility for accommodations, services, injuries, loss, or damage that occur on any properties suggested by SFCM and its employees or found through listings on its housing referral board or suggested housing web sites, newspapers, or bulletin boards. Students and landlords alike are urged to thoroughly investigate any housing/rental/roommate options.

Rental Postings advertising available rooms, apartments, and houses can be found in the "MESSAGE" section. Please note that the landlord and contact information will be provided in the message. You should contact the landlord directly for more information or for appointments to view the unit.

* SFCM Roommate Finder
Please register yourself in the "Find a Roommate!" database under the "DATABASE" tab on the left if you prefer to live with a fellow SFCM student. This information is extremely helpful in finding a healthy match - please be as descriptive as possible when completing the information requested.

We encourage students seeking roomates and/or joint housing opportunities to communicate with one another through SFCM-housing through the message and chat features of the site.
