Dear friends,

I have recently been appointed chaplain at a newly-built local
retirement centre. There are 150 people who live there at present, but
they are planning for a full-occupancy rate of 300.

They have a chapel, an organ which does not work, but nothing else.
They have not been having services, and want me to start doing
something broad-based on Sunday afternoons.

Any comments/suggestions/ideas/prayers would be most welcome.
