Description
The Sequoia Dutch Ovens, a chapter of the International Dutch Oven Society. We are centered in the San Joaquin Valley. We enjoy cooking and promoting the Dutch Oven cooking experience. Some cook with charcoal briquettes, and others cook with wood charcoal.
We all enjoy learning new methods of cooking in Cast Iron. Stack cooking, braising, roasting, making freshly baked bread and rolls. And, we enjoy eating our learning experiences as well. :)
NOTE: We are currently moderating sign-ups due to an increase of spam. New members just need to provide how they heard of us. Membership approval should be within 48 hours. Also, new members will have their messages moderated for a short period of time.
