The Sellwood Playgroup for 2006 babies is a new playgroup designed for residents of Sellwood, Moreland, Brooklyn and other surrounding areas.. Our mission is to promote the building of community relationships around our children. Our goals are:

1)To build relationships with other families in the neighborhood who have children of the same age.
2)To promote kid friendly activities and websites.
3)To allow families an avenue for discussion and advice for child related issues.
4)To promote philanthropic efforts within our community for families.

At this point we have a regular weekly meeting at rotating houses, and a monthly potluck on Saturdays at rotating houses. We also have a variety of other activities that come up on a more sporadic basis.

You are welcome to attend any of the activities, but you are not obligated to do so. We hope to make the playgroup work for everyone!
