This group is designed to be an inclusive, secular group for homeschoolers in OK. The idea is to share resources, techniques and other information as well as comradery amongst other families engaged in home education.

The aim of this list is to make it about homeschooling, not religion or politics. We all have our own views and beliefs and reasons for homeschooling. The common thread here is that we are all educating our own children at home for a plethora of reasons. This does not mean that we are not individually interested in religion, politics, etc. but that we are here for the common purpose of homeschooling our kids.

We are here to offer insight, resources, and support to homeschooling families. Please keep discussion, posts, etc. to the ideals of homeschooling and respect all members of this group. This is not the forum for religious or political content. We are homeschoolers who wish to homeschool secularly and as such, please keep religion and politics out of the discussion and off the list. Please share resources, ideas, activities/events, etc. that will help others in this endeavor. Also, if you have questions, concerns, BURNOUT, please feel free to ask or share without fear of reprisal. We are here to help!

Please remember, the idea here is to share resources and hopefully gain a supportive and cohesive group of people with one main goal: to do the very best for our children.
